Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise in the United States and is hiring Territory Business Managers to drive launches and ongoing access for patients. You will partner with local TBMs, coordinate engagement, and align customer strategy across regions to support physicians and payers.

The role demands strong collaboration, field-based teamwork, and results-focused performance in a dynamic environment, with travel across the territory and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with possible overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit accounts plans and activity in CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
