Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and hiring Territory Business Managers to drive launches and demand generation across healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies. The TBM collaborates with local teams and reports to the Business Leader to align customer strategy with launch priorities in the Minneapolis area.

Candidates will travel within the assigned geography, develop territory plans, and strive to exceed sales objectives while adhering to compliance

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required; 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred; proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy; strong collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory including overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacies.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Maintain CRM and submit account plans timely.
