Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeking a Territory Business Manager to support launches and drive demand among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

The TBM will work with the Neurology TBM team, travel across assigned geography, and coordinate engagement with local teams to ensure patient access and successful outcomes.

Candidates must live in the Minneapolis, MN area. Competitive incentive programs and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays as needed.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff to drive adoption and launches.
• Meet or exceed sales and launch objectives consistently.
• Utilize market tools and CRM; submit accurate account plans timely.
• Adhere to argenx compliance and approved sales messages.
