argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring a Territory Business Manager to provide focused commercial support for upcoming launches and indication expansion across assigned geographies. The TBM will collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to align customer strategy, drive demand, and ensure successful launches.

Travel is required to cover Minneapolis, Saint Louis, and Des Moines areas.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in neurology or related areas.

Responsibilities

Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
Collaborate with TBMs, regional colleagues and cross-functional teams to coordinate engagement.
Communicate with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff; meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
Utilize market tools and CRM; submit timely account plans and activities.
Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
