Job summary

argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise by adding Territory Business Manager roles to drive launches and indicate expansion. The TBM will work with the Neurology team, support healthcare professionals and specialty providers, and collaborate with local colleagues to align engagement and develop territory plans.

Candidates must live in the Charlotte, Raleigh, or Richmond, NC area and demonstrate strong collaboration, product knowledge, and a patient-first mindset as they pursue sales

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
