Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. You will work with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

Regular travel across the geography may be required. With 5+ years in specialty/rare disease sales and a B.S./B.A.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, potentially overnight.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross‑functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to argenx compliance and approved messages.
