Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support launches and market access in the US, with a focus on engagement with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.

Territory TBMs will collaborate with local teams, align customer strategy, and drive demand while traveling within the assigned geography. Residency in the Columbia, SC area is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell collaboratively and succeed within a highly coordinated team environment.
• High level of clinical, product, and business acumen.
• Problem solving and accountability in a field-based role.
• Experience working in virtual sales environments and with buy & bill accounts.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with potential overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff to drive engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM in a timely manner.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved messages.
