Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise. The TBM will collaborate with local and regional teams to align customer strategy and drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty providers.

The role requires strong collaboration, clinical/sales acumen, and a patient-first mindset to help achieve launch and sales objectives in a remote/territory setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell collaboratively in a highly coordinated team.
• Demonstrates strong clinical, product, and business acumen.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Experience launching products in specialty/rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, with potential overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and staff to drive demand and launches.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved messages.
