Job summary

argenx US in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Neurology Franchise to support launches and drive demand with healthcare professionals and specialty providers. You will partner with local TBMs to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement, ensuring plan execution and account management across the geography.

Travel is regular, and you will work in a field-based role with a focus on patient access, data insights, and compliant messaging.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
