argenx SE in the United States is hiring a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise. You will work with local and regional TBMs to drive launches, engage healthcare professionals, and execute market strategies in your assigned Florida territory.

Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. degree required.
5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge preferred.
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Regular travel throughout assigned geography with overnight stays.
Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
Submit account plans and activity in CRM on time.
Adhere to all compliance policies and approved sales messages.
