Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support launches and indication expansion across the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. You will work with local TBMs to execute customer strategy, engage healthcare professionals, and drive demand generation in a focused, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, possibly overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Timely submission of account plans and CRM activity.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
