argenx SE seeks a Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Neurology Franchise in the United States, with travel across the geography. You will partner with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy, engage healthcare professionals, and support launches and indication expansion.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales, a BS/BA, and strong collaboration. This remote-friendly position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsabilidades

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyond.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources; Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
