Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is adding Territory Business Managers to support launches and indications across California. The TBM will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand and engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers.

The TBM will travel throughout the geography, partner with local teams, and align customer strategies to meet launch and sales objectives while adhering to compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.
• Align with cultural pillars: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation.
• Candidates must live in Territory.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align strategy.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
