Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and hiring Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to drive launches and demand generation. The TBM will work with local teams to coordinate engagement with healthcare professionals and infusion providers, traveling across the Detroit metro area to meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate has a B.S./B.A. and 5+ years in specialty or biologics sales, with strong collaboration and market access understanding.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography and potential overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activities including CRM.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved messages.
