Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers in the Trenton, NJ area.

You will partner closely with local TBMs to align customer strategy, coordinate engagement, and deliver on sales and launch objectives through collaboration, data-driven insight, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred and proven track record of high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, overnight stays may be required.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
