Job summary

argenx in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support the Neurology Franchise and planned launches. You will work with local TBMs to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals and specialty providers, with travel across the territory.

Candidates must reside in the NY/ NJ area (New York, Newark, Paterson). A B.S./B.A. and 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, with neurology experience, are required. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Candidates must live in Territory

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography with possible overnight stays
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, cross-functional team members
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively
• Submit account plans and activity in a timely manner
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved sales messages
