Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launches and demand generation in the Indianapolis area. You will partner with the Neurology TBM team and local colleagues to align customer strategies and engage healthcare professionals and specialty providers.

The role requires a high level of collaboration, clinical and business acumen, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, field-based environment with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel within assigned geography, may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and local market strategy development aligned with launches.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align customer strategy.
• Engage with HCPs and affiliated staff to drive engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives consistently.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity in a timely manner.
