argenx US is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive neurology launches across designated markets. You willPartner with local teams to develop territory plans, engage healthcare professionals, and execute sales strategies while meeting launch objectives.

Role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with neurology exposure; candidates must reside in the Indianapolis/Ft. Wayne/Indiana or Springfield, IL area and are able to travel extensively. Competitive base plus benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Adapt to a changing environment.
• Experience with product launches.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays when needed.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activities in CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
