Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Miami North, FL territory. You will manage and develop relationships with physicians, extended prescribers, and healthcare customers, representing Alexion brands and providing disease education to support patient care.

You will build strategic plans, collaborate across stakeholder teams, and ensure compliant, ethical selling practices in a complex hospital and academic network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience.
• Neurology experience strongly preferred.
• Building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in high-complexity institutions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within the territory regularly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with Institutional Account Managers, field leaders, and Enterprise partners.
• Educate customers on disease areas and product indications.
• Navigate hospital settings to access targeted healthcare providers.
• Provide high-level product expertise and customer service to key accounts.
