Job summary

UCB is seeking an Account Executive Senior - Neuromuscular for the West Palm Beach, FL territory. The role requires deep knowledge of neurology and Rare Diseases, with responsibility for building physician and clinic relationships, and delivering multichannel marketing and sales strategies.

The position emphasizes strategic execution, patient advocacy collaboration, and strong payer engagement, within a hybrid work model that includes 40% in-office time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for consideration.
• 8+ years of field-based sales/Account management experience in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• 4+ years of Rare Disease experience in pharma/biologics with Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, HUB models.
• Proven track record of top sales performance and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed territory sales objectives while upholding highest ethical standards.
• Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on UCB tools and resources for physicians, pharmacists, and other providers.
• Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting local market conditions.
• Master targeted disease states with deep understanding of patient journeys, standards of care and drivers.
• Expand expertise of treating and referring physicians, payers, hospital systems, and other care continuum components; monitor stakeholder dynamics affecting decisions.
• Maintain strong payer relationships to ensure coverage and maximize access; collaborate with payer access team on up-to-date information.
