UCB is seeking an Account Executive - Neuromuscular for the Orlando, FL territory. The role drives sales growth by mastering neuromuscular disease states, building physician relationships, and executing strategic plans in a hybrid work model.

The candidate will engage payers and patients, promote product launches, and navigate Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models to maximize access and affordability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field-based specialty pharmaceutical experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare, inclusive of 5+ years in a competitive specialty market segment.
• Field experience with Buy-and-Bill medical benefits, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models.
• Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance
• Experience with successful product launches.
• Comfortable spending up to 40% of time traveling with overnight travel required or based on territory requirements.

• Maintain payer relationships to ensure coverage and reimbursement; collaborate with payer access team.
• Foster relationships with patient advocacy groups and support education activities.
