Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of field-based sales/account management in biopharma.
• 4+ years Rare Disease experience with Buy-and-Bill and HUB models.
• Verifiable record of top 30% national sales performance.
• Experience with multichannel and digital tools for HCP engagement.

Responsibilities

• Exceed territory sales objectives with the highest ethics and integrity.
• Advocate for Rare Disease patients and educate providers on UCB tools.
• Create and execute strategic business plans for the local market.
• Master disease states and patient journeys with standards of care.
• Build relationships with payers, hospitals, clinics, and patient advocates.
