Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years field-based sales/account management or field reimbursement in biopharma/healthcare.
• 4+ years Rare Disease experience in pharma/biologics with Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, HUB models.
• Proven top sales performance and launches experience.
• Excellent multichannel/digital tools usage with HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed territory sales objectives with integrity.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinics, payers, and患者 groups.
• Create and execute strategic business plans for the territory.
• Master disease states and patient journeys relevant to neurology.
• Collaborate with payer access to optimize coverage and affordability.
• Represent UCB and educate stakeholders on tools and resources.
