Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to cover a defined territory in Indiana and surrounding areas.

You will engage healthcare providers, drive adoption of our CNS therapies, and support access and launch activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of direct CNS/pharma sales experience, proven quota attainment, and strong knowledge of formulary and hospital channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven quota attainment and year-over-year improvement.
• Comfort with computer use and cross-functional collaboration.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
