Job summary
Praxis Precision Medicines is hiring seven Account Specialists to cover seven territories across Indiana and Illinois, with base salary ranges disclosed below. Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
- Experience with product launches and early market execution preferred.
- Experience with formulary access strategies and hospital/IDN selling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
- Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
- Support launch execution and pre/post-launch strategies.
- Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
