Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Network Trainer to execute training and development programs across the franchise network, including Dunkin’ Donuts/Dunkin’ Donuts-Baskin-Robbins combo locations, rollouts, and food safety and sanitation guidelines.

You will partner with Franchisee Leaders to ensure managers and crew follow standards, deliver onboarding, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching, while identifying internal candidates for succession.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network as part of the program.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning across the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning.
• Create a safe, healthy work environment and ensure brand standards.
