Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Network Trainer to oversee training and development across our Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchise network in the United States. The role focuses on delivering classroom and on-the-job training, ensuring programs align with brand standards and food-safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will facilitate learning, drive succession planning with franchise leadership, and build a strong, guest-focused culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network.
• Lead New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning.
• Foster a people-first culture in the restaurant.
• Monitor training progress and report results.
• Conduct on-the-job training and retraining.
• Ensure safety and health guidelines comply with laws.
• Maintain brand standards and recipes.
• Prepare action plans to improve production, productivity, quality.
• Conduct restaurant assessments.
• Identify and support cost-control systems.
• Roll out new products, systems and processes.
• Support sales goals by tracking results and identifying gaps.
