Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Network Trainer to lead training and development across the franchise network, supporting Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins combo locations. You will design and facilitate programs for new product rollouts, food safety, and standards adherence.

In this role you’ll partner with Franchisee Leadership to identify internal candidates, drive succession planning, and ensure managers and crew execute Brand procedures consistently across restaurants.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for all trainings and communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network of restaurants.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom based learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed in all locations.
