Job summary

Baskin-Robbins seeks a Network Trainer to execute comprehensive training programs across its restaurant network, including onboarding and development of new hires. The role ensures adherence to standards, food safety, and brand procedures within Dunkin’ Donuts/Dunkin’ Donuts-Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants.

The position partners with Franchisee Leadership to identify internal candidates, support succession planning, and drive performance through structured learning and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ability to create presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs across the Dunkin’ Donuts/Dunkin’ Donuts-Baskin-Robbins network.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and classroom-based learning for restaurant staff.
• Schedule and facilitate network training sessions and track progress.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning and development.
