Job summary

Baskin-Robbins seeks a Network Trainer to execute training and development programs across the Dunkin’ Donuts and Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo restaurant network. The role ensures managers and crew follow brand standards, collaborates with franchise leadership for succession planning, and supports new product rollouts, safety, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Facilitation and presentation skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network.
• Conduct new hire orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team for succession planning.
• Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant.
• Monitor and report training progress including on-the-job training and retraining.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment complying with laws and brand standards.
• Prepare and follow up on action plans to improve production, productivity, quality and guest service.
• Identify and implement cost-control measures and support rollout of new products and systems.
• Conduct restaurant assessments.
