Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Network Trainer to implement training and development across the franchise network, supporting Dunkin’ Donuts/Dunkin’ Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants. You will ensure standards, lead new hire orientation, and collaborate with franchise leadership on internal candidate growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute training and development programs across the network.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning.
• Create and maintain a people-first culture in restaurants.
• Monitor, report training progress, and conduct on-the-job training and retraining.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and brand standards are followed.
• Identify and support systems to roll out new products, systems and processes.
• Conduct restaurant assessments and drive performance improvements.
