Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based newborn hearing screens, provide education to parents, and complete on-the-job training with annual certification by the American Academy of Audiology.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection, timely documentation, and collaboration with hospital staff to ensure quality care and early intervention for newborns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.

Responsabilités

• Comply with all company and facility policies and procedures including PPE, vaccinations, and annual compliance modules.
• Evaluate each patient for screen readiness prior to screening.
• Collect all necessary data/demographics and perform hearing screens for all eligible babies per shift; ensure documentation is complete.
