Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based newborn hearing screens and educate parents during the screening process. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained upon offer.
• Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens in hospital settings.
• Educate parents on the importance of screening and early intervention.
• Collect data and demographics; complete documentation for each screen.
• Notify Site Supervisor of missed and refer babies; schedule outpatient appointments.
