TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites. This role is a critical first step in developing a career in asset integrity and inspection.

Based in Reno/Sparks, NV area, candidates must be willing to travel and obtain required safety credentials. TEAM emphasizes safety, growth, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off and per-diem for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer candidates with basic NDT familiarity and safety mindset.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work extended shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiography safety practices where applicable.
• Transport equipment to job sites and manage inventory.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols.
• Perform general labor for rigging and access setup.
