TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at various client locations. This role offers a first step into asset integrity and inspection careers, with emphasis on safety, operational excellence, and learning on real projects.

Ideal candidates are ready for field work, basic NDT familiarity, and a willingness to travel. TEAM emphasizes safety-first culture, training opportunities, and career growth in inspection or leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Comfort with extended shifts, weekends, and varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDT technicians by setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiographic safety practices where applicable.
• Transport equipment to/from job sites and maintain safety.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols.
• Perform general rigging and lifting tasks.
