Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites and various locations. You will assist with UT, MT, PT, RT inspections and help prepare materials and equipment for testing tasks.

You will work alongside experienced NDT technicians and help with field reports, safety practices, and travel between sites as required. This role offers hands-on training and growth into more specialized testing fields.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic NDT methods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience.
• Willingness to obtain required site credentials (e.g., TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians with inspection setup and execution (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to job sites and maintain inventory control.
