Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites and locations. You will assist with setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) and help prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing tasks.

This role emphasizes safety, active field participation, and hands-on learning, offering travel to multiple sites and on-the-job training. TEAM values safety-first performance and opportunities for career growth within asset integrity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of NDT methods and terminology preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at various sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing tasks.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work areas.
• Complete field reports, timesheets and required documentation.
