Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing across client sites. This role is a pivotal first step toward a rewarding career in asset integrity and inspection, emphasizing safety, support, and operational excellence.

You will assist with setup and testing (UT, MT, PT, RT), document field reports, and travel to multiple locations, with training that opens paths into inspection or leadership roles within TEAM.

Qualifications

• Proven willingness to travel and work in various environments typical of Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, and related industries.
• Fundamental familiarity with basic NDT methods and terminology.
• Currently holds or is able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and other site access credentials.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using common tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites with safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained; complete field reports and timesheets.
