Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites across diverse industrial sectors. The role emphasizes safety, protective measures, and hands-on learning in UT, MT, PT, RT testing and related field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable).
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup.
