Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites.

This role provides a hands-on start in asset integrity and inspection, assisting with setup, testing, and documentation. You will travel to field locations, help prepare materials and equipment, and follow safety and site procedures while gaining exposure to UT, MT, PT, RT and other methods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, Municipality, Aerospace, and other settings.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative schedules.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable).
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging and access equipment setup.
