Job summary

Serco is seeking a Contractor Assistant Program Manager (Program Support Lead) to support Navy submarine program activities in and around Washington, D.C. and related sites. You will assist the PM with daily operations, onboarding, and reporting, while ensuring tight coordination with a broad team of government and contractor personnel.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in day-to-day operations within the program, including job description development, resume review, and onboarding.
• Compile, edit, and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Manage timecards and assist with financial management.
• Provide training to government and contractor staff on submarine operations, risk management, and certifications.
• Prepare and present information concisely for senior management.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
