Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support Navy submarine programs in a hybrid role. The position emphasizes planning, budgeting, and execution, with responsibilities spanning program analysis, CONOP development, and stakeholder coordination across government and industry teams.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a DoW SECRET clearance, and a bachelor's degree with several years of defense-related experience.

Qualifications

DoW SECRET security clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Government/Defense environments.
Experience in program analysis and performance monitoring.
Experience managing government contracts and acquisition planning.
Ability to assess risk and mitigation strategies.
Operational planning and execution support as needed.
Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

Provide program analysis and performance monitoring support to NAVSEA stakeholders.
Assist in development of CONOPs and documentation for mission requirements.
Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports to support business processes.
Coordinate with government, industry, and multidisciplinary teams.
Engage stakeholders and communicate effectively to advance objectives.
Support planning, budgeting, and execution activities across programs.
