Job summary

Serco North America is seeking a motivated professional to provide programmatic support to a NAVSEA customer within PMS 450, the Virginia-Class Submarine Program Office. You will assist in coordinating strategic engagements, document records, and communications across government stakeholders to accelerate submarine development and delivery.

The role emphasizes handling official records, recognition programs, and collaboration with Navy leadership to support critical submarine technology

Qualifications

• DoW Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and execution of the Strategic Engagement Plan for Team Submarine.
• Organize and plan with the Team Sub Front Office to accelerate submarine production timelines.
• Process, log, and track award requests and ensure timely official recognitions.
• Lead or support system integration teams while developing the new strategic engagement.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with Navy/DoW requirements.
• Develop communications products using MS Office tools and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor stakeholder trends to identify strategic engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate multiple priorities to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
