Job summary

Serco invites applications for a Submarine Program Analyst supporting NAVSEA in the Washington, DC area. You will provide programmatic support, coordinate with US/UK stakeholders, and develop reports and briefings for senior decision-makers.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree (or HS diploma with 4+ years' experience) and at least 8 years of related work affecting submarine programs. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance required/ability to obtain
  • US citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma + 4 years experience)
  • 8 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong written & verbal communication; organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Review presentations, briefs, and formal correspondence for NAVSEA review and final approval.
  • Maintain Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) as directed.
  • Interface with stakeholders to identify, assign, and track action items.
  • Prepare recommendations for senior decision-makers in well-written documents.
  • Coordinate with US/UK stakeholders and government/Navy on program status.
