Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in federal capture, proposal management, or a related growth role is required.
• Direct experience supporting Navy programs is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
• Develop integrated growth strategies and win themes with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with NAVAIR, NAVSEA, and partners.
• Coordinate teaming, compliance tracking, and proposal production.
• Represent Nakupuna in Pax River and local community activities.
