Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required or the ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Valid U.S. passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network or domain user trouble calls.
• Activate or reactivate telecom services and manage user accounts (SIPRNet/NIPRNet).
• Install, maintain, and upgrade SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops.
• Support data encryptors and VTC endpoints; assist with VTC setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with cable infrastructure, VoSIP telephones, and computing platforms.
• Help implement security policies and conduct site surveys to determine requirements.
• Provide training to users when required.
