Qualifikationen

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• High school diploma or GED minimum; higher degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent degrees.
• Current DoD IT 8570 Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CAP, CISSP).

Aufgaben

• Manage and resolve network and/or domain user trouble calls.
• Activate/reactivate telecom services and manage user accounts.
• Support SIPRNet/NIPRNet and telephone drops troubleshooting.
• Install, maintain and upgrade data encryptors and VTC endpoints.
• Support telephones including VoSIP and related infrastructure.
• Provide support for printers, scanners, fax machines and other devices.
• Assist in applying security policies to user platforms.
