Job summary

Serco is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy CNIC N6 program, based out of Naples, Italy, with DoD Secret clearance.

You will diagnose and resolve user problems, activate telecom services, and manage SIPRNet/NIPRNet accounts while contributing to secure IT operations. You will deploy and troubleshoot VTC, data encryptors, and office devices, with occasional travel and adherence to DoD security policies.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or higher with related IT experience.
• Proven experience in helpdesk support and user account troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network or user trouble calls.
• Activate/reactivate telecom services and manage SIPRNet/NIPRNet accounts.
• Install and troubleshoot VTC endpoints and telephony drops.
• Support data encryptors, printers, scanners, and office devices.
• Assist with security policy testing and user domain computing platforms.
• Provide site surveys, cost estimates, and user training.
• Travel up to 10% and maintain DoD IT security compliance.
