CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Oncology Sales Representative for the Detroit area to expand adoption of NavDx in HPV-driven cancers. You will engage oncologists and surgeons, lead territory planning, and drive clinical awareness with a consultative selling approach.

The role requires domestic travel up to 75% and a remote US work arrangement. Base salary is competitive with incentives, reflecting experience and market norms in the United States.

Formación

• 7+ years in healthcare sales, with 5+ years in a start-up environment
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to healthcare providers treating cancer
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in complex sales environments
• Experience launching new LDTs and managing large, multi-state territories independently
• Knowledge of complex selling methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman) is a differentiator

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across a diverse customer base and product portfolio
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches, expanded usage, and tailored marketing support
• Educate customers on product clinical value, safety, and indications while identifying opportunities and resolving challenges proactively
• Engage in consultative selling to identify customer pain points and secure stakeholder buy-in for adopting solutions
• Manage territory efficiently (South Florida) through call planning, CRM utilization, and timely administration
