Job summary

CareDx, Inc. in Indiana is expanding its Specialty Oncology sales team to promote NavDx, a blood-based LDT for HPV-driven cancers. You will engage oncologists and surgeons to expand adoption and manage a multi-state territory.

This remote US role offers a base salary range of $240,000-$265,000 plus incentives, with up to 75% travel. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in healthcare sales (5+ in startups) and 3+ years selling LDTs, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales with startup experience preferred.
• 3+ years selling LDTs to cancer providers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a complex sales environment.
• Experience launching new LDTs and managing large multi-state territories.
• Knowledge of Miller Heiman or similar complex selling methodologies.
• Strong relationships with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, otolaryngologists, and colorectal surgeons.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau for data-driven targeting.
• Able to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across a diverse customer base and product portfolio.
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches and tailored marketing support.
• Educate customers on clinical value, safety, and indications while identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
• Engage in a consultative selling process to identify pain points, develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage territory efficiently (South Florida) through call planning, CRM utilization (Salesforce), and timely follow-through.
• Represent the company with professionalism and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Travel up to 75% domestically.
